Processing Orders: We process and ship all online orders within three business days, or notify the customer that it is out of stock or back ordered.
Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping to the USA and Canada for the products in our online catalog. Please contact us for shipping rates to other countries.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards through Paypal (you do not need to sign up for Paypal to use a credit card to pay for your order.)
Sales Tax: We are required to charge 8% sales tax on all orders shipped to an address in the State of New York.
Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Each item is inspected for defects before it leaves our farm. If you receive a defective or damaged item it may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Unused items may also be exchanged or returned within 14 days. The return shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility; however, if an item you received was damaged or incorrect, we will issue a credit for your shipping cost. We do not have access to your credit card information on our website.
